Using a list will insure that you accomplish, not only the major points, but also the minor things that you want done as well. The question becomes; "what all do I need to do?" Here are a few pointers to steer you in the right direction of accomplishing all of your tasks.

The most obvious is to prepare the area your child will occupy. Many parents decide that they want their new baby to sleep in their room for a time, if this is the case then you will need to prepare your child's area. Make certain that you have cleaned and organized it with the necessities such as diapering materials, clothing, blankets and so forth.

A new baby requires a lot of attention so you will want to make certain that you have gotten your household on some type of schedule and system, this makes it easier for you to accomplish the chores needed to run a smooth household.
